Information for First Security Bank Customers

We’re excited to announce that First Security Bank is transforming our technology to make your banking experience even better!

Here are some of the changes we’re making to our banking system:

  • Get Organized: Enjoy the convenience of one app for all your consumer and commercial banking needs, featuring an intuitive user experience with a sleek, dynamic interface and reliable, robust self-service options.

  • Biometrics: Secure multi-factor authentication to log into your account, such as a fingerprint or face ID. This ensures your identity is validated using personal, non-transferable characteristics, significantly reducing the risk of fraud or unauthorized access.

  • Translation: You can easily interact with the platform in English or Spanish with a tap, dynamically translating your Digital Banking app at any time.

  • And much more…

Over the next few months, we’ll provide you with regular updates about the upcoming enhancements. However, please note that you do not need to do anything at this time. We’ll also send you informative mailers and emails containing further details about the updates and our products, including how we’re improving them.

Please take a minute to check that your contact information is up to date! Please review your mailing address, phone number, and email address. If you’ve moved, changed your phone number, or have a new email, our team is happy to help update your details.

When is the update happening?
The new software and digital platform will launch in late February 2026. We’ll provide timely updates and detailed information to help you prepare ahead of the transition.

What do I have to do as a customer?
For now, no action is needed. Over the coming months, we’ll keep you informed with emails, mailers, and other communications that will guide you through everything you need to do and when.

Will I get more information about how the updates will affect my ________?
Yes, we’ll send you detailed information about how the updates will impact specific First Security Bank products and services you use. Please keep an eye on your email and mail for essential communications from us.

What if I’m just curious in general about how these updates will affect the different First Security Bank products I use and how I bank with you?
You will receive MANY communications from us over the next few months on a variety of products and services that will answer all your questions. Our goal is to keep the process clear and straightforward every step of the way. However, we request that you double-check that the phone number, email address, and mailing address we have on file are accurate. Our public-facing website, fsbokc.com, will not change. The online banking website will feature an updated interface.

What other features will be new?
We look forward to offering you a personalized digital experience. This means a new streamlined look and feel across all your devices that will give you the exact same banking experience and seamless account management, no matter what device you’re using. You will also have the ability to view your balances, statements, documents, and notices all in one place.

How can I tell if a mailer, email, or message about the system upgrade is really from the bank?

All official communications from the bank will follow a consistent style and will come from our known phone number, email domain, and mailing address. For your security, the bank will never ask for your password, login information, PIN, or other sensitive personal details in any email, physical mail, or phone call.

If something seems off—such as unusual links, spelling errors, unfamiliar sender information, or requests for confidential details—please contact us directly using the phone number on our official website. We’re always here to help if something doesn’t look right.
